The Block’s Mitch and Mark auctioned North Bond apartments

Controversial designers Mitch Edwards and Mark McKie have quoted their unsold North Bond apartment for the November auction after securing their last flip flop project on their northern beaches.

The duo that has made it to the forefront of the initial bookmakers that won The Block 2019 has been struggling to find a buyer for its two bedroom North Bond offer.

It was listed in January just as they headed to Melbourne's Channel 9 series. The couple had paid $ 855,000 for the apartment, which is now listed on Laing Real Estate through Tony Dowling, last July. They have been watching the renovation of the decoration.

Experienced pilots, who have sold 15 properties with Sydney in 14 years, have lined up their first project on Newport's North Shore, securing a 1970s home for about $ 1.7 million.

Before buying, they checked three-level, four-bedroom homes three times. Its elevated position overlooks the coast. The lower level has independent living space.

The couple has sold $ 3.5 million in profits in the last 13 years, with the exception of $ 560,000 in stamp duty, including all real estate agents and commissions.
